Beth Alfieri, Pathfinder Bank

Beth Alfieri is a business account manager/assistant vice president at Pathfinder Bank in Oswego. Alfieri, 38, earned an associate in arts-liberal arts degree from Cazenovia College.

She is a member of the Oswego Lions Club, YP Voice of Oswego County, a volunteer at the Oswego Salvation Army, and a member of Leadership Oswego County’s Class of 2009. She has also participated in volunteer city beautification projects and has assisted in member recruitment for the Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce.

“Personally, I am most proud of my role as a parent to my son and as a trusted friend to those who rely on me,” she said. “The most significant accomplishment any one of us can make is the impact we have on the lives of others.”

She is married to Joe, and the couple has a son, Joey.

As a member of the implementation team for the loan department at Pathfinder, Alfieri completed the setup of loan documentation software that vastly improved customer service and bank profitability.

“For a business account manager, referrals from existing customers are the best source of continued growth,” Alfieri said. “During the past year, I have acquired 55 new business relationships at Pathfinder Bank and have been one of the leaders on our team in total new loan outstandings.” “I work hard to act as a mentor to my son by participating in and attending his school and recreational events,” Alfieri said. “I also try to lead by example to show my son and coworkers that civic involvement and hard work will lead to a better community.” (LS)
